Hi,

Might it be worthwhile to make use of this module to have Mj2 "sleep" a
few seconds if the load on the system is above x? (where x is configurable
during install)

We had a crude version of this in Mj1.

It might even be worthwhile to implement this on a per domain basis --
such as to give priority to certain domains.
