Yes I did, but being on a virtual server I obviously don't have root access
on the physical machine, but should have some sort of root access on the
virtual server. The CPAN installation routine seemed to work fine, but
stopped when it couldn't find a file. It didn't refuse to run because of
insufficient access privileges, as far as I can tell.
