Well, you could read the list archives. I don't think anyone ever
collected every user request that came in since '92. But I did collect
many of them as the initial TODO list for Mj2, and most of that is
implemented already. So the current feature list might be a good start, as
most of what's there is in because someone asked for it (or it's
infrastructure for implementing things that folks have asked for, as with
the case of access_rules).
