Something has mangled the bounce beyond the point where I can read it.
(Look at the raw message; I've never seen mangling that bad before.)

Anyway, the bounce type is "DSN", so we are trusting the DSN to include the
proper information and are not even looking in the human-readable portion
of the message.  The DSN may be busted, or it may include other possible
addresses in atoms that we don't parse (but could, if I had a copy of the
whole bounce that hasn't been mangled).
