I suspect that what was probably being referred to was a tutorial
presentation, which I have given at several Internet2 meetings, on
open source network monitoring, measurement, and management tools
that we use at the Global Research NOC at Indiana University, and
tools that we have developed and released under an open source license.
The latest copy of this presentation is a little bit dated (July
2004), and I haven't had the chance to update it recently. These
slides weren't meant to stand on their own, but someone may still
find them useful. A copy is available here:
